Decide to do one thing. Select one personal sustainable practice that combines your daily winter routine, with one sustainable effort. This pledge can be as easy or as difficult as you want. Pledges include using reusable containers and bags, volunteering for a sustainable effort, carpooling to work or for activities, start composting, recycling at home, eat one locally sourced meal per week, turn off your water while brushing your teeth, plus so many more. What we realize is that we don’t need a few people doing things perfectly. We, instead, need lots of people doing things imperfectly. If we can all commit to do one thing, we can change the world for the better. Join our pledge, and let’s do some good. This pledge is open to staff, season pass holders, and community members.

Eligibility:
Do one thing is open to all interested parties 18 years of age and older, including but not limited to season pass holders, community members, area tourists, staff, business owners, and students.
Entry:
To enter the Do One Thing sweepstakes, participants must access the website at beechmountainresort.com/sutainbility. From there, choose Do One Thing and fill out the form to pledge one sustainable act for the 2022-2023 winter season.
Participants that enter multiple times are disqualified.
The contest runs from December 1, 2022, through March 1, 2023.

Suppose a potential winner is a minor under the laws of their jurisdiction of residency. In that case, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize to a parent or legal guardian and to require a parent or legal guardian to complete any required Affidavit/Release. A potential winner only becomes a “Winner” after verification of eligibility. Entrants will only be eligible to win one of the Prizes. All eligible non-winning Entrants will be automatically included in the next Prize drawing if any. No Prize substitution is permitted.
Notification of winning is sent through email. If the Winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be contacted.
