Beech Mountain Resort, established in 1967, is the highest ski area east of the Rockies and offers a unique experience with ongoing improvements and innovations. Home to the 5506’ Sky Bar at the summit and the Beech Mountain Brewing Company, the resort is a hub for skiers and snowboarders alike. Recent upgrades include modernized facilities and new lifts to enhance your time on the mountain.

Participating in Beech Mountain Resort’s J1 program offers a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in U.S. culture, develop cross-cultural skills, and work in a dynamic, mountain environment. Located near Boone, NC, Beech Mountain is surrounded by outdoor activities, restaurants, and breweries, making it a vibrant place for learning and growth. With a free season pass, equipment rentals, and access to resort activities, employees also enjoy concerts and events throughout the season.

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team in positions such as Snow Sports Instructors, Lift Attendants, Retail Associates, and Food & Beverage staff.
