Childcare Manager Wanted! Full-Time Seasonal Position
Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is looking for a Childcare Manager to join us for the 2019-2020 Winter season. We are located on 1007 Beech Mountain Pkwy. The winter season runs from mid-November to late March/early April. The Childcare Manager provides and helps administer high quality childcare for families visiting the resort. The Childcare Manager will oversee Childcare Operations to a high standard, and provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. The Childcare facility will be open 7 days a week, with drop-ins on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. The Childcare facility accepts children ages 1-5 years old. Children may be dropped off as early as 8:30 a.m., and must be picked up by 5:00 p.m. Previous child care experience is required. Responsibilities:
- Providing child care
- Curriculum design
- Hiring Childcare staff
- Completing necessary clerical work for the Childcare facility
- Scheduling Childcare employees
- Ordering supplies for the Childcare facility
Qualifications:
- Child Care Credentials preferred
- Must list three up-to-date references on application and be compliant with a background check
- Four wheel drive/AWD/ chains required
