Live Music at 5506′ with Ranford Almond

Live music at 5506′ is back! Grab your dancin’ shoes and join us for great music, cool drinks, and panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Music starts at 2:30 p.m. every Saturday, starting June 3. 5506′ is a family friendly environment. The concerts themselves are free, however the only way to access 5506′ is by chairlift. There is no parking or drop off location at 5506′. Lift tickets are available for purchase in the resort village.

Bringing the soul from Greensboro, North Carolina, Ranford Almond is a young singer/songwriter and trobador that has begun to make his mark across the Southeast. Raspy fresh vocals meet the Appalachian strings of Ranford’s guitar, reminiscent of John Prine and Townes Van Zandt with his own unique stamp.
