Residents of Avery, Watauga, Ashe, Mitchell, Alleghany, Wilkes, Carter, and Johnson counties can enjoy half-price access to scenic lift rides, downhill mountain biking, and more.
To receive the discount, guests must purchase tickets in person at the Retail Shop in the Village next to Lift 5. Guests should present a valid photo ID showing residency in an eligible county. A utility bill matching the guest's ID may also serve as proof of residency.
