Winter Music Series with Ancient Cities

Join us for a night of live music in the Taproom and Grill at Beech Mountain Brewing Co. with Ancient Cities. The show kicks off at 8 p.m. and is free and open to the public.
At Beech Mountain Brewing Co., we boast a full bar, house-made brews, and a diverse menu featuring delicious burgers and more. Convenient and free parking is available at Beech Mountain Resort in any of our four lots.
As the night progresses, we encourage an adults-only atmosphere after 9 p.m., embracing the bar ambiance. For a more intimate experience, don’t forget to venture downstairs to the Red Baron Bar, our exclusive speakeasy, where you can savor specialty craft cocktails. Join us for a fantastic evening of music, drinks, and camaraderie.

Formed in North Carolina in 2013 by singer/guitarist Stephen Warwick, Ancient Cities melds well-crafted lyrics with fuzzy guitars, synth-laden psychedelia, and cinematic moodiness. Seeking a new musical outlet after his 2010 release, Warwick enlisted friends to join him in the studio for a not-yet-named project, which became Ancient Cities’ debut album. Among the cast of players was friend and multi-instrumentalist, Justin Fedor (The New Familiars). The two started playing as a duo and after the release of their self-titled debut in July 2014, they added drums and keys to the lineup. Songs from the album were featured on Showtime’s Shameless and TBS’s Cougar Town.

Music typically concludes between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., based on the talent.
