Beech Mountain Resort continues its Food Truck Rodeo series at 5506′ on July 25, offering another evening of food, music, and mountaintop views. Held at 5,506 feet, the event features a curated mix of vendors in a casual, open air setting, complemented by live DJ entertainment and a full bar. Food vendors for the evening include Claudia’s, Queso’s, Brick Oven, The Happy Belly, Ono Poke Bowl, and Little Wing Ice Cream. Craft vendors Agape Farms Face Painting and Pink Moon Beech by Tabitha Tindale will also be on site. The event runs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and is accessible via scenic lift ride only. No parking is available at the summit. Scenic lift rides are available for purchase in the retail shop in the resort village, located next to Lift 5, until 7 p.m., with the final ride up shortly after. Return lift service begins at 8 p.m.
