Take your downward dog to new heights with Beech Mountain Resort’s Mile High Yoga. Mile High Yoga takes place at 5,506 feet on the observation deck of the resort’s Skybar. Our mission is to provide a safe, friendly, soothing and unique atmosphere for all ability levels. Join us on Sundays in July and August as we offer yoga on both Saturday and Sunday at 10:30am
Our hand picked instructors bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to help you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and find a little inspiration for the rest of your journey.
Classes begin at 10:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Click HERE for more details on shuttles and arrival times.
Tickets are $12 and available for purchase in Ski Beech Sports, located in our Resort Village. Participants must ride the shuttle between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M as class begins at 10:30 A.M. and lasts for approximately one hour. Yoga mats are available for rent for $2.00, and early arrival is strongly encouraged as space is limited. Please be mindful that Beech Mountain Resort is replacing two chairlifts so the only access to the summit is by shuttle.
Being on the property without a slope/shuttle ticket constitutes trespassing. Self shuttling is not permitted.
Shuttle wait times can often exceed 30 minutes depending on traffic, weather, and other variables out of our control. Please give yourself ample time to ride the shuttle.
Pets are not permitted in the shuttle vehicles.
