Celebrate Independence Day weekend with fireworks on Beech Mountain, Saturday, July 5. The show begins at dusk and is free to view from various spots around town.
Fireworks are launched from Beech Mountain Resort, with some of the best viewing areas located at the resort’s base. Bring a chair and enjoy the show from the Play Yard slope or your favorite spot nearby.

Make a day of it—before the fireworks begin, enjoy live music, kids’ activities, craft vendors, and the Beech Mountain Chamber of Commerce’s annual Hog Roast with barbecue available for purchase inside the Lodge. Play Yard Provisions will also be open for drinks and snacks. From inflatables and face painting to balloon artists and local vendors, there’s something for the whole family leading up to the big show.

No admission required. Fireworks begin at dusk.
