Our Ski/Snowboard Rental Equipment Technicians assist guests through the rental process and ensure that all equipment is adjusted and maintained to industry standards. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service and is dedicated to making the rental experience smooth and enjoyable. Full and part-time positions with flexible hours are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable information to guests
  • Assist guests in selecting appropriate rental equipment and ensure it is properly adjusted
  • Offer rental upgrades and handle payment transactions through the cashier
  • Provide instruction on the use of rental equipment and ensure all waivers are signed
  • Use the computerized rental solutions system to check equipment in and out
  • Inspect rental equipment for damage and safety before and after use
  • Notify the Rental Manager of equipment needing repair or replacement
  • Attend required training and complete certifications from binding and helmet manufacturers
  • Maintain a clean and organized rental area and equipment
  • Monitor guest flow and expedite the rental process

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency and ability to operate a cash register
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Love for snow sports or an interest in learning
  • Ski or snowboard experience is not required
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
  • Four-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains required
