Our Ski Resort Cashiers work in the ticket booth and provide guests with the tickets and information they need to enjoy our winter activities. Cashiers are responsible, personable, and the initial point of contact for our guests. Full and part-time seasonal positions are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate the cash register and handle cash/credit transactions with customers
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience at the resort
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide guests, and provide relevant information
  • Turn in all cash, credit reports, and receipts to Cash Control
  • Keep the ticket station/booth clean and organized
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all resort products and services

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with computers and ability to operate a cash register
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Must maintain a neat and orderly appearance
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact courteously with guests and employees
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
  • Four-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains required
