Beech Mountain Resort is seeking Shuttle Drivers to operate our shuttle service. Full-time and part-time, day and night shifts are available. Shuttle Drivers ensure safe, reliable transportation for guests while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Drive resort-provided vehicles along established routes
-Safely transport staff between staff housing and the resort on a regular schedule
-Provide shuttle service for staff attending local activities, outings, and events across the High Country
-Assist with transportation needs for work-related trips, meetings, and training sessions
-Ensure vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and in good working order, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
-Deliver friendly, professional, and reliable service, representing Beech Mountain Resort in a positive manner
-Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and schedules as required
-Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating resort vehicles
Requirements or Qualifications:
-Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Experience driving in adverse weather conditions
-Participation in a random drug and alcohol testing program
-Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
-Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
-Previous driving or shuttle experience preferred but not required
-Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
