Retail Associate is a multi-faceted position that is focused on retail and ticketing sales. This position also presents an opportunity to work in our demo shop to learn how to service and repair downhill mountain bikes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service (i.e., greeting guests, helping find proper gear, etc)
- Ticket sales
- Online order redemption
- Assist in maintaining and organizing the stockroom
- Assist in inventory management
- Utilize our POS system to cash customers out
- Maintaining the sales area
- Collaborate with team members to keep the sales floor clean and organized
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Experience in retail preferred
- Eye for detail
- Customer service-oriented
- Reliable transportation required
