Lift Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of chairlifts at Beech Mountain Resort. This position requires attention to detail and a focus on guest safety.
Responsibilities:
- Safely assist guests with loading and unloading from chairlifts
- Check and scan tickets to ensure all guests are properly cleared for lift access
- Maintain lift stations and ensure that the area is clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their safety and provide assistance as needed
- Monitor chairlift operations and report any mechanical or safety issues
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to safety and detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak times
- Four-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains required
