The Sales Assistant Manager supports our Guest Services and Sales teams by driving revenue and ensuring memorable guest experiences. This role also assists the lodging department with reservation support, homeowner communication, and sales-related tasks to create a seamless guest experience across departments. We are looking for a professional, outgoing, and kind team member who is a fast learner, an excellent communicator, and brings an energetic, bubbly spirit to their work. Exceptional listening skills and strong conflict resolution abilities are essential.
This is a winter seasonal position from November through March, ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or anyone looking for an active seasonal role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily ticket and pass sales operations
- Support group bookings and maintain positive guest communications
- Maintain accurate sales data and help with reporting
- Work with marketing to promote resort products and experiences
- Deliver excellent service while handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns
- Encourage a positive and fun environment for both guests and teammates
- Support the lodging department with reservation management, homeowner communications, and sales-related activities
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution and mitigation abilities
- 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Quick to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Microsoft Office Suite
- Four-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains preferred
- Outgoing, bubbly personality who enjoys engaging with people
- Lead by example in delivering high-quality guest service
- Capable of making informed decisions independently to resolve guest concerns
