The Grounds Maintenance Specialist is an essential part of the team, responsible for assisting with the overall upkeep of the resort grounds. This role involves landscaping, trash and recycling removal, cleaning, snow and ice removal, and various maintenance tasks to ensure the resort remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintenance tasks around the resort property
- Perform small jobs independently or with a team as required
- Assist with snow and ice removal to ensure guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness of the resort grounds, including trash and recycling removal
- Sanitize indoor areas and public spaces as needed
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with maintenance or landscaping preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
- Four-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains required
