Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Clothing Rentals Manager. This position is responsible for the overall management and organization of our clothing rentals, including ski bibs and jackets. The Clothing Rentals Manager will ensure that guests have a smooth rental experience in a professional and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the clothing rental department
  • Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of rental items (ski bibs & jackets)
  • Manage customer relations and provide excellent service
  • Supervise and train staff in the clothing rental department
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, rentals, and returns
  • Ensure the department meets high standards of professionalism and organization
  • Handle any guest issues or concerns related to clothing rentals
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Integrity, reliability, and flexibility
  • Four-wheel drive/AWD/snow chains required
