Join us as we celebrate the legacy of Jake Burton Carpenter with A Day for Jake, a global day of snowboarding hosted by Burton Snowboards. Riders of all ages and abilities are invited to gather on the mountain to honor Jake’s impact on snowboarding and the community he helped build.

Check in at Guest Services to receive your raffle entry.

11:30 a.m.
Meet at the top of the slopes.

12 p.m.
Toast to Jake.

12:15 p.m.
Group ride down the mountain.

1:30 p.m.
Snowboard raffle presented by Burton. Raffle location TBD.

Participants can RSVP online or sign up in Guest Services.

The Day for Jake gathering will wrap up in time for Beech Mountain Resort’s closing day celebrations.

At 2 p.m., the resort’s Pond Skim kicks off, followed by the afternoon’s end of season festivities. Come ride, celebrate the season, and honor the legacy that helped shape snowboarding.
