4th Annual Appalachian State Alumni Weekend

Beech Mountain Resort is excited to host The 4th Annual Appalachian Alumni Weekend Friday March 3^rd – Sunday March 5th! Coordinated by the High Country Alumni Chapter, features discounts for alumni and their families on lift tickets, ski and snowboard rentals, local hotel accommodations and more! The event is coordinated by the High Country Alumni Chapter and open to all Appalachian alumni, their family and friends. Discounted rates are available to alumni and their guests who pre-register with the Alumni Association by Wednesday, March 2nd.

This year, special pricing has been extended to include Friday as well, so grab your warmest coat, and your friends and family, and head up to Beech Mountain for a weekend of fun in the snow with your fellow Mountaineers!

By registering through the Appalachian State University Alumni Association by Wednesday, March 2, you will have access to the following special rates:

• $40 Day Lift Tickets 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Friday: $20)
• $40 Twilight Lift Tickets 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (Friday: $20)
• $25 Half Day Lift Tickets 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. OR 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Friday: $15)
• $50 All Day Lift Tickets 9:00 a.m. – Close (Friday: $30)
• $18 Ski Rentals (Friday: $13)
• $25 Snowboard Rentals (Friday: $20)
• $10 Beginner Lessons (must be at least eight years old) (Friday: $10)
• $5 Ice Skating on Friday- Saturday (12$)

Your name and your guest’s names (if applicable) will be included on the Appalachian Alumni Weekend Reservations List at the Beech Mountain Resort Group Sales Office, enabling you to receive the special rates noted above. Lodging discounts will also be available at various Beech Mountain area lodging facilities, inquire upon registering with the Alumni Association.

*Alumni and their guests will pay for their tickets and equipment rentals upon arrival at the Group Sales Office, located at the end of parking lot #1 above the ice rink.
