Beech Mountain Resort hosted a slopestyle competition on Sunday, January 14th as part of the High Country Junior Freestyle Series.
The event was held in the Beech Terrain Park where 48 athletes skied or snowboarded down an obstacle course that included rails and jumps. Each athlete was allowed three runs. A team of judges evaluated heights of jumps, trick difficulty, execution and style.
