Interested in joining the Beech Mountain Resort Host team? As a Mountain Host, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing the guest experience through education and assistance. Ideal volunteers are passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and knowledgeable about the resort.
To become a Mountain Host at Beech Mountain Resort, volunteers must:
- Complete a one-day orientation
- Successfully pass the orientation handbook
- Fulfill 60 hours of service
- Work a minimum of four Saturdays and one holiday Sunday
As a Mountain Host, you’ll receive:
- Complimentary unlimited season pass for skiing and snowboarding
- One complimentary guest pass for every session worked

- $10 rentals on weekdays
