Beech Mountain Resort opens for the summer season on Friday, June 5. Popular round-trip scenic lift rides to Beech Mountain Resort’s mountaintop will be available for all guests for $12 per person.  As a special thanks to locals, Watauga and Avery County residents can enjoy free scenic lift rides for the month of June.

Beech Mountain, NC – Beech Mountain Resort opens for the summer season on Friday, June 5, offering scenic lift rides, mountain biking, hiking and disc golf. The resort will also have take-out food and beverage service that can be enjoyed at several outdoor locations on property.

The inaugural Runs for Buns fundraising event at Beech Mountain Resort on March 7th, raised over $30,000 for the Colon Cancer Coalition. Beech Mountain Resort will operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily for the remainder of the season.  Closing day is scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2020.  Late Season Pricing overrides any season specials except for the Military Discount. Check our daily slope report here.
