We sing about it all. Our desire is for our music to be stripped down organic, earthy, wires, wood and vibrations from our souls.

New! Live Music in the Village! FREE SHOW!

Saturday at 6:00pm
Clockworx

Join us for our first summer concert in the village. The Beech Mountain Brewing Co. will be open serving food, wine and beer!  Please remember that Beech Mountain Resort is a family friendly environment.  This is a special night for Beech Mountain.  Max Riley, a beech mountain local, is lead guitar for Clockworx.  This incredible band will bring a show you don’t want to miss!

Clockworx is a band comprised of several former full-time touring musicians. Four of the members were formerly from a band named “WhisperWind” based in Lexington, NC in the late 70’s and early 80’s.  Their experience is quite expansive and includes some names you might be familiar with. Our keyboard player is one of the founding members of “The James Gang” and performed with Joe Walsh. He has performed with such greats as “Bob Segar”, “REO Speedwagon”,” Kansas” as well as many other national acts. This group features two smokin’ lead guitar players that have performed with bands like “Doc Holiday” “Nantucket” “LoneStar” and many more hard driving groups. The rhythm section is anchored by the hard driving beat of our 37 year veteran drummer and the three instrument player bassist with 41 years of experience. Vocally Clockworx features our North Carolina “Star Search” winning female vocalist who has never lost a vocal competition and four male singers to round everything out. Our honorary male vocalist is Geoff McBride who performed with WhisperWind in the late 70s and early 80s. Geoff was in the final round on the hit TV Show “The Voice” in 2010 where he finished as runner up. He currently lives in Florida and tours full-time. He also co-writes and performs a duet with legendary keyboardist of Journey Jonathan Cain.  If classic rock n’ roll is your thing then Clockworx is sure to please.
