Bottoms Up Yoga
On Saturdays Bottoms Up Yoga returns. Get your Namaste on, with a relaxing Yoga class at 5,506 feet!. Classes are on Saturday from 10:30am to 11:30am. The cost of class is $15 which includes a lift ticket. Lift tickets can be purchased in Ski Beech Sports, located in the resort village. Grab a lift ride by 10:15! Yoga mats are limited, so please bring your own.
Disc Golf
Our 18-hole disc golf course provides a one of a kind experience. A single lift ride is just $10 and enables you to play the entire course. Our course plays from the top of the mountain down. Disc rentals are available for just $10. Ski Beech Sports also has a full line of Innova discs and accessories for purchase.
Mountain Bike Lessons
Are you new to mountain biking? Perhaps you are an experienced rider that wants to take your skills to the next level? Beech Mountain Resort offers half day and full day lessons for all ability levels. Starting with an equipment and skills assessment, instructors will work with students on the essential skills of mountain biking. By the end of the day, students will notice significant improvements.
